French multidisciplinary creator Item Idem was invited to take over the Celine store in Omotesando for a one-week event, which included a variety of aesthetic displays, from radio shows to performances. Inside the sleek, refined store, Item Idem installed an architectural structure which was solely fabricated from Tokyu Hands. In strong contrast to the Celine handbags and clothes, the installation showed the aesthetics of mass produced and humble tools available at Tokyu Hands.
