    Dom Perignon

A 19th century salon atmosphere settled in the 21st century at Hara Museum. Just as high society gathered in salons around art dilettante or chamber music, guests of Dom Perignon gathered to explore extremities of sensuality in the museum setting which was a former residence built in the early 1930s. Artist Sugimoto revealed a preliminary showing of the play “Abe Sada”, with actress Shinobu Terajima as a leading role. At the dinner, Dom Perignon chef de carve took the risk of serving 2003 millésimé champagne which was made with extreme conditions of blazing summer and glacial winter. Michelin star chef Keisuke Matsushima was challenged to create cuisine to complement the complexity of the millésimé champagne.
